Terms of Service
The basic terms for using Mailionaire during the private alpha and prelaunch period.

These pages describe the current Mailionaire private-alpha and prelaunch posture. Signed order forms, invoices, or pilot agreements take precedence where they define more specific terms.
Scope
Mailionaire provides business software and related operational workflows. The service helps customers perform authorized setup and administration work. It does not guarantee business outcomes, third-party availability, or external approval decisions.
Alpha and prelaunch status
- The product may include manual operations, limited plans, changing endpoints, and operator-assisted recovery.
- Features can change while the product remains in private alpha or prelaunch.
- Customer-visible status should rely on the portal and signed customer communications, not internal operational details.
Customer responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and accounts you are authorized to operate.
- Keep access credentials, account credentials, generated credentials, and sessions confidential.
- Connect only third-party accounts, business assets, and billing accounts you are allowed to administer.
- Review all previews, limits, authorizations, and state-changing actions before confirming them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Mailionaire for unlawful activity, impersonation, malware, phishing, credential collection, or attempts to evade third-party rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass limits, audit controls, authentication, customer scoping, or access restrictions.
- Do not share private-alpha access outside your approved operator set.
- Mailionaire may suspend access where abuse, security risk, non-payment, or third-party risk is suspected.
Third-party services
Connected third-party services remain independent services. Their terms, limits, outages, review processes, and policy decisions may affect the service.
Billing
Plans, limits, discounts, renewal cadence, cancellation routes, and payment terms are shown in the portal or agreed in writing. A payment processor may handle checkout, invoices, billing portal sessions, and subscription events. The current product is intended for business customers and pilot operators, not consumer self-serve use.
Referral credit
- A current customer may share the personal referral link shown in the portal. A new customer is attributed to the direct referrer when that valid link is used before the new customer starts a paid subscription.
- While both accounts remain active paying customers, the referrer receives Mailionaire account credit equal to 20% of the tax-exclusive amount actually collected on each paid invoice after discounts and credits applied to that invoice.
- Referral credit is not cash, cannot be paid out or transferred, and may only reduce future Mailionaire charges on the referrer's own account.
- No new credit accrues while either account is inactive. Any unused referral credit expires when the referrer ceases to be an active paying customer; credit already used on an invoice is not affected. Other non-referral account credits are treated as used first when calculating the unused referral balance at expiry.
- Mailionaire may reject self-referrals, duplicate or misleading attribution, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate the referral program, and may reverse credit linked to a payment that is later refunded, disputed, or reversed. A customer can be attributed to one direct referrer only; there are no multi-level rewards.
Cancellation and offboarding
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, cancellation and offboarding are handled through support or the billing portal where enabled. Offboarding may include export, revocation, rotation, disconnection, deletion, or retention review.
Support and incidents
Support is provided through support@mailionaire.ch and direct pilot communications. During alpha, incident communication is operator-led and focused on containment, impact, mitigation, and customer action.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care for the agreed plan and pilot scope. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mailionaire does not warrant uninterrupted service, third-party acceptance, or specific business outcomes. Any liability limits or remedies in a signed order form, invoice, or pilot agreement take precedence.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product moves from private alpha toward public launch. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
